Director of Project Coordination
As Director of Project Coordination, Susan works with Project Managers, Coordinators and Accounting to help facilitate the seamless transition that is necessary between project management and the accounting system. She is responsible for new project coordination, estimate/budget creation and assigning the coordination of work flow between project managers and the coordinator staff.
Susan often acts as a Project Coordinator on many of Unity’s higher profile projects. Joining Unity in 2009, Susan has 25+ years of broad based experience in the construction industry. Having worked for developers, general contractors and subcontractors, she is able to work harmoniously with all parties involved on a project.
