Harsh Patel
Estimating Director

Harsh has been part of Unity’s Estimating team since June 2016. He is a graduate of New York University (NYU) with a Master of Science in Construction Management and a minor in Management of Technology & Innovation. He is OSHA certified, earned certification as a Construction Manager In-Training (CMIT), is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).

He is responsible for preparing detailed scopes of work, RFIs, proposals, value engineering suggestions, qualifying subcontractor proposals and reviewing them for accuracy in order to submit the most competitive pricing. In 2019, Harsh was promoted to Estimating Director.

Prior to joining Unity, he was a graduate research assistant for the Civil and Urban Engineering Department at NYU. He was part of the BIM design team and a construction management trainee at Skanska USA, working on projects throughout New York City.
