Jason Chen
VP of Estimating / New York

As VP of Estimating, Jason is in charge of the estimating of general contracting and construction management projects. He also prepares bid packages, contractor negotiations and production of subcontractor agreements for trades and suppliers.

Prior to his position at Unity, Jason served as a Senior Estimator where he was responsible for estimating quality surveys, preparing bids proposals with blueprints, purchase orders, change orders and field coordination. Throughout his career, he has been involved in estimating the majority of key accounts including TD Bank, Blumenfeld Development Group, Douglas Elliman Real Estate, CB Richard Ellis, Regal Cinemas and many more.
