Joe DeCunzo
Superintendent

Joe has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, from starting as a carpenter and rising up to managing positions, Although he prefers superintendent role. He uses the knowledge he has learned over his career, especially carpentry, to help achieve success and profitability in all of his projects.  Joe’s just recently completed the Marketline NYC, before joining the Unity Team. He was also involved the NYC Build it Back Program, where he successfully lifted and rebuilt over 30 homes in the Brooklyn and the Rockaways.
