John J. Prendergast
Field Operations Manager

Mr. Prendergast is a seasoned construction professional with over 30 years of experience, and he is responsible for all aspects of project management, expediting of approvals and materials as well as managing the daily activities of the construction site. He is a hands-on, detail orientated person who works closely with owners, developers, design team and contractors to develop plans of action and coordinate all aspects related to the constructability of the project to achieve the ultimate goal for a successful project.

John graduated from New Jersey Institute of Technology And started his career in the steel construction field, working on bridges and building renovations. After a few years in this field, he decided to get involved with all aspects of building construction and has since worked as a field superintendent and now senior project manager.

John has carried out multi-million-dollar projects, differing in size as well as scope. A couple of recent examples include: 110,000 sf new building and lot for Regal Cinemas with 13 theaters located in Lynbrook, NY; 43,000 sf new building for retail space located in Hunts Point area of the Bronx; 86,000 sf interior renovation for Touro College Dormitories; and 200,000 sf interior renovation, new addition and lot for Amazon distribution center located in Hunts Pt area of Bronx.
