PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction completed a phased renovation of Headquarters Plaza Hotel in order to accommodate its change to Hyatt Hotel.

Projects included renovations to conference centers, conference rooms, classrooms, training centers, ballrooms, the main lobby, reception and bar. Also included in our hotel renovations services were innovative renovations to the executive offices and food service facilities. Unity provided detailed scheduling to ensure the hotel’s ongoing operations were not interrupted and key hotel events were held on time and on schedule. A high-end millwork, lighting, and finish schedule also required close coordination with project team members.
