PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services completed a high-performance interior fit-out for BGC, featuring a new raised computer floor and major MEP upgrades to support seven trading rooms, nine offices, a conference room, IT office, two pantries, two restrooms, and a large IDF/UPS room. Work included new HVAC systems with rooftop units, computer room A/Cs, fan terminal units, and BMS controls. Electrical upgrades featured a 350KW generator, 600A service with ATS, UPS systems, transformers, sub-panels, and all new lighting and controls. Additional elements included structural steel reinforcements, gas piping, plumbing fixtures, fob-access custom lockers, full-height glass fronts, and wall/ceiling mounted TVs throughout.
