PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity completed a three-phase renovation of the Headquarters Plaza ground floor concourse, including vacant offices, while maintaining a safe tenant access with full-height temporary partitions. The build-out included flex conference and huddle rooms with glass walls, an open collaborative area with luxury vinyl flooring, acoustic wood baffles, wall tile, and custom wallcoverings. Lighting upgrades featured linear fixtures, skylight-style fabric lights, and decorative pendants. A custom hospitality bar, banquette seating, and refreshed corridors with new finishes rounded out the transformation – earning enthusiastic feedback from tenants, including the Hyatt Hotel.
