Unity Construction Services is proud to announce our latest project: A 58,950-square-foot industrial facility at 1100 Leggett Ave in Hunts Point, Bronx, NY. As the trusted contractor for this state-of-the-art warehouse, we are tasked with constructing a versatile and functional space. The proposed 40-foot-tall building will have 58,950 square feet of industrial space and 39,755 square feet of commercial space, modern amenities, and a spacious interior office area. Our commitment to quality and safety is evident in the building demolition, site preparation, shoring and excavation, foundation, steel framing, roofing, walls and siding, MEP systems, loading docks and doors, and fire suppression technology.
