PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services successfully completed the delivery of this 8-acre site. We abated and demolished five existing structures totaling 130,000 SF. Completed a full sitework package exporting 30,000 tons of contaminated soils and importing 15,000 tons of clean fill, all new utilities, drainage, 180K SF of heavy-duty asphalt pavement, 75K SF of pervious pavement, sidewalks, curbs, all new site lighting, gravity-retaining wall at the perimeter, and 4000AMP service upgrade. Simultaneously, we reconstructed two existing warehouses on the site and added new MEP infrastructure, unit heaters, fans, fire pump, switch gear, polished concrete floors, dryvit finishes, dock doors, restrooms, and office spaces.
