PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction renovated this space by demolishing the existing tenant space to furnish a new 25’ x 50’ inground swimming pool and swim school. Project renovations included new MEPS, dehumidification system, and pool disinfection system. All new finishes and structural staircase to second floor office area. All new men’s and women’s bathrooms, showers, and changing rooms as well as a functional viewing area to observe the swim lessons.
