PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction completed a 35,000 Square Foot retail center for the De Mattheis Management Company. This commercial retail construction project included site work, foundations, concrete, parking lot paving & lighting along with exterior walls and finishes. Mechanical and electrical distribution was also provided for potential tenants the center was fully leased during construction time and Unity provided interior build-out for several tenants.
