PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services supported WSP, an environmental consulting firm, in relocating one of their NJ office locations to One Riverfront Plaza. The 5,000-square-foot renovation consisted of a complete gut and fit-out, including a reception/waiting area, café, boardroom, conference room, server room, two huddle rooms, two focus rooms, wellness room, and an open office area. The space features aluminum and glass fronts, recessed LED lighting, ceramic tile flooring and backsplashes, drywall ceilings, soffits, 2×2 ACT ceilings, wood wallcovering, and unique paint designs. The project was completed within a tight schedule, enabling the tenant to move in sooner than expected.
