Joseph Noble
Project Executive

Joe began his career with Unity Construction as a laborer while attending college. He then worked as an assistant technician at American Standard in Piscataway. In 2005, he joined Cioffi Electric as an estimator. As his experience grew, he began to engage in the operations of the company and eventually became a project manager, working on projects for Cooper Electric, SanMar, Advanced Orthopedics, Malo Clinic and Ambulatory Surgical Center and Somerset Medical Center.

In 2012, Joe rejoined the Unity team as an estimator and in 2017 when he was promoted to Estimating Director, where he currently oversees Unity’s estimating department. Joe has successfully submitted and secured contracts totaling over $90,000,000 for companies such as SHI, Connell Foley, United Health Group, TD Ameriprise and Chubb to name a few. In 2019, Joe was promoted to Project Executive.
