Assistant Project Manager
Tiffany has over 12 years of experience in the construction industry. Her experience includes hospital work, interior renovations, and school work. Tiffany started at the age of 19 as a temp for 4 years at the NYC School Construction Authority, where she was assigned to assist in the field on ground-up school projects or renovations on the Construction Management side. Her first Assistant Project Manager role started with Legacy Builders (General Contractor) where she worked on interior renovations and Columbia University projects. Tiffany went on to Icon interiors where I worked on Corporate interiors, Financial, Google Inc. and Real Estate projects. Next, she began working with MBI Group for 5 years working on mostly Mount Sinai projects, Columbia University projects, TD Bank, and Delta Airlines. Tiffany then moved to Unity Construction in 2021.
Below are the services that will be delivered by the Project Manager and the entire project team using standard project management skills accompanied by the use of a web-based project management system entitled Procore. Procore is a widely used construction management software that increases project accountability and efficiency by mobilizing and streamlining project documentation and communication. It is a collaborative and mobile all-in-one platform designed to streamline construction project management.
