PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services, inc. is proud to have constructed a new delivery station for a world-known online retailer. Major demolition in the space made way for new helical piles, decorative-covered canopy with a standing seam roof, and rooftop units. Important site work renovations included all new utilities, drainage, and a car/ truck parking lot. The new climate-controlled 179,000-foot warehouse was completed in just 9 months time, opening in 2021.
