PROJECT DESCRIPTION

After completing a major expansion of this global pharmaceutical company, Unity was hired to build a new café and gymnasium. The café is a full service café. Construction of the café consisted of all new underground piping, kitchen duct exhaust, connection of all kitchen equipment and a walk-in freezer.

The fitness center has a locker room with showers, bathrooms, all new HVAC and an open ceiling plan in the cardio fitness room. A separate yoga room features wood flooring and a state-of-the-art sound system.
