PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services fabricated the New construction build for Holy Name Medical Center’s new location in Hoboken, NJ. This medical center construction project consisted of new exam rooms, new private restrooms, a team break room for the doctors and staff, and a new vestibule/waiting area for patients. A new structural steel mezzanine was created to support the seven new HVAC units. New ductwork, sprinkler piping, and LED lighting were successfully installed throughout the space. New, top-quality underground plumbing was installed since the project is slab on grade and required extensive repairs to the structural slab and beams.
