PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project involved the complete construction of a new amenities space for tenants and residents of 33 Hudson Street. The scope included the installation of custom millwork throughout the club room, open seating area, and conference rooms. Huddle rooms were enhanced with new glass partitions, providing private spaces for individual meetings. Key features of the project include LED lighting, wall and floor tiling, and a modern fireplace, creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere.
