PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services undertook the renovation project at Mount Sinai’s Brodsky Building, specifically focusing on the 9th Floor Oncology Unit. The project included renovating the entire floor to add new offices, exam rooms, and a welcoming reception area. The scope of work encompassed various crucial aspects such as demolition, self-leveling, and installing a wide range of finishes, including wallpaper, wall protection, painting, and flooring. Additionally, the project incorporated essential elements such as plumbing, fire alarm systems, electrical installations, sprinklers, window treatments, and a new HVAC system.
