PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services, Inc. modified the existing mechanical, electrical, plumbing and converted the Surgical Center to accommodate two soils utility rooms, nurses’ medication station, surgical equipment, clean storage room, sterile room, two surgical rooms, and added a new gurney station at the corridor. This allowed the practice to open back up quickly as scheduled. The project was Expedited in a two-week schedule and completed on multiple shifts, to renovate the 14th Floor Ambulatory Surgical Center space for Article 28 compliance.
