PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services partnered with Roehm America to facilitate the relocation of their US Headquarters to 8 Campus Drive in Parsippany, NJ. The project involved a 10,000-square-foot fit-out encompassing four conference rooms, four huddle rooms, ten private offices, and thirty-two workstations. In addition to these essential spaces, the new headquarters includes a modern cafe, a wellness room, a lounge area, and four individual phone rooms. Our workspace renovation services also included new deck high partitions, upgraded ceiling grids and tiles, and perimeter drywall soffits. New LED light was integrated with matte black framing and glass office fronts to create a sleek and contemporary atmosphere within the suite. The relocation also entailed the installation of all-new HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring optimal comfort and functionality throughout the space. Lastly, by incorporating red accent paint on a number of specific walls, Roehm’s corporate colors seamlessly became part of their new workspace, adding a personalized touch.
