PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction was appointed as the Construction Manager to supervise and construct a brand-new warehouse and office fit-up for Facility Solution Group (FSG), one of the leading lighting distributors and electrical contractors. This construction project encompasses a 40,000 square feet warehouse and 20,000 square feet of office space. The tasks involved in the project include the interior fit-up of the offices, as well as the exterior finishes. It also entails installing all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, such as rooftop units, gas heaters, a new core, and ADA-compliant restrooms. Furthermore, a new mezzanine with accompanying stairs, a fitness room, an entertainment lounge, and an outdoor patio have been added to the facility. The envelope is adorned with new ACM panels to enhance the building’s exterior. Additionally, New Gen was responsible for the comprehensive site package, which involved the development and execution of new drainage systems, tanks, mains, lighting, and paving.
