PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services partnered with GDS Interior Architecture and Stifel, a financial services firm, to relocate Stifel’s NJ Headquarters from Florham Park to Morristown. The project was a completely new renovation of the 2nd floor. The project includes all new perimeter offices throughout with demountable glass partitions, a large reception/waiting area with custom millwork, four conference rooms, four meeting rooms, and four pantries, all with custom millwork. Large banking and trading areas allow employees to work more efficiently in their new location. All new aluminum/glass office fronts complement a detailed and robust woodwork package that is carried throughout the entire suite. Recessed LED lighting and ceramic tile flooring give a clean and modern look to both of the entrances in the space.
