PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Unity Construction Services provided our brewery construction services and just finished building Icarus Brewing’s state-of-the-art brewery, along with three additional retail sites on the premises. Bedrock provided the tilt-up exterior walls and installed a new concrete slab foundation. The interior showcases an open ceiling design in the tasting room and collaborative spaces, featuring exposed ductwork and pendant lighting for a vibrant atmosphere. At the heart of the project is the advanced brewhouse, equipped with new, top-quality piping, power infrastructure, and HVAC systems. Outside, meticulous site work, landscaping, and paving enhance the exterior aesthetics, successfully resulting in a comprehensive and visually striking project.
